This flavor falls into the Goldilocks zone. Not too hard, not too soft. Not too mild, not too flavorful. Not too sweet, not too savory. It is just right!

Best Sweet/Savory Vegan Cheese Ever!

Totally yummy, addictive and cholesterol-free and of course KIND AND VEGAN. So versatile on sandwiches, crackers, and celery sticks. My new favorite. going to have a party soon and curious to see how nonvegans react. Great texture and flavor, I have been so burned wasting money on vegan cheeses that taste gross or have a gross texture, but this is worth the hype. Customer service is incredible, professional and kind as well!
