I can't believe this isn't regular cheese.

I got my first box. I did not dive in right away. Let me start with I AM NOT REMOTELY VEGAN. I bought this because I am diabetic and eat a mostly Keto, high protein, low carb diet to control my blood sugar. But, I am making a concerted effort to lower my cholesterol without meds. So I need to start some new things. I LOVE CHEESE. I saw this and said I will give it a try. I opened the one I thought I would like least... tomato herb fromage. OMG. I may have a problem. I tried to cut it into 8 pieces and only have 2 with lunch.. about 7.5 carbs. I had 3. It was amazing. At dinner I had to have one more. Now I am feeling like another piece might be a great bedtime snack and I am trying one piece of truffle chevre with it. Both are very rich, so the only saving grace is I didn't feel like eating the whole pack in a sitting. Honestly, this stuff is freaking crack. The chevre was excellent as well. Both as good as any cheese I remember eating.
To anyone on the fence... just do it.
To seller: My only complaint is your bundles ..like mother's day don't seem to allow substitutions. Not sure if the cheese with honey or the strawberry chevre would be too high carb.

Amazing Cheese!

It's by far the best vegan cheese I've had so far. The texture and flavors are perfect; it's incredible how amazing each cheese is, and to do that across varieties is impressive.

Tears to my eyes

This Brie is amazing. When I gave up dairy cheese the last thing I ate was brie(and it made me sick of course) so eating this Brie brought tears of joy to my eyes and I felt great afterwards!! Hooray!! Thank you for making this amazing cheese.

Yum!

We are not vegan and my husband was skeptical, but I like to try snacks that I can offer to anyone and everyone when we have friends over. We’ve tried the pistachio chèvre which was slightly sweet and the perfect after dinner cheese. We paired that with the smoked cheddar which complemented it nicely. We also really liked the pimento cheese. It was just the right amount of spicy and delicious.(Together with GF multigrain crackers, these made the perfect offering for almost any diet)
We’ve really enjoyed all the cheeses we’ve tried so far!

OMG Fig & Walnut Fromage is Soo Good

Rebel cheese has outdone itself. And I thought the Honey Pistachio Chevre was to die for. Now it's a real toss up. I love figs and have a fig tree in my back yard. This fig & walnut fromage is so creamy and just the right amount of sweetness from the figs. I bought a sampler pack for my vegan daughter and know she will love all the Rebel cheeses as I do. Thank you for making healthy, delicious vegan cheeses.

Rebel Cheese Pepper Jack is mildly flavored & spicy - excellent in TexMex! It has a slight crumbly texture, which I love. I can't wait to try it in more dishes.

Doesn’t Disappoint

I ordered the parmesan after seeing an ad on Facebook. I’ve been a vegan for a very long time and cheese is the only thing I miss. I’ve always thought that the vegan cheeses sold in the major stores are pretty disgusting. This Parmesan is really good. While I can’t say it 100% tastes like actual Parmesan (although admittedly I haven’t had real Parmesan in maybe 20 years so it’s possible I just don’t remember), it has a really great flavor that tasted amazing on pasta, crackers, and salads. It grated perfectly too. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors in the future.

Pleasantly surprised….

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered the tomato herb fromage but my goodness is it ever yummy! A perfect balance of tomato, herbs, a smidge salty and an even smaller smidge of sweetness makes a scrumptious spread on your favorite cracker or crusty bread or celery.
